A full ice cream menu with customizable options such as the cookie a la mode and cookiewich, ice cream sandwiched between any two cookies, is also available. A pint of cold milk can also be added to any order.

“Federal Hill and Fell’s Point speaks to the urban metroplex we are looking for,” said Megan Bruton, senior director of marketing for Insomnia Cookies. “We are looking for areas with a lot of young adults and active communities we can be a part of. Federal Hill also has a lot of night life which is good for the 3am cravings.”

Insomnia Cookies will hire 20 to 25 employees at each location. Positions will include drivers, bakers, cashiers, and marketing representatives.
